Welcome to Humariq. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Humariq website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), including Connection Atlas and any other products offered by Humariq ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Humariq.

Our Services, including but not limited to Connection Atlas, contain proprietary technology, trade secrets, and confidential business processes that represent significant investment and innovation by Humariq. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will not copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from Humariq
  • You will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying processes of our Services
  • You will not access the Services to build a competitive product or service, or copy any features, functions, or graphics of the Services
  • You will not use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or data mining tools, to access, collect, or extract data from our Services
  • You will not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on our Services

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

4. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content, data, or information you submit to our Services ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Humariq a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Content solely to provide and improve our Services to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit Your Content and that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of Humariq or any third party
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful components
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our Services
  • Use the Services for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose
  • Harvest or collect information about other users without their consent

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMARIQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMARIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Humariq and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
